Account Coordinator with Operations/Project Management Background

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Account Coordinator with Operations/Project Management Background to support one of our Rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Client Check-ins: You’ll send regular email and Slack updates to our clients, making sure they know where we’re at with their projects and what’s coming next. Clear, simple communication is key.
Task Management in ClickUp: You’ll help us stay on top of deadlines by updating tasks in ClickUp and nudging the team when things need to move forward.
Tracking Client Success: You’ll support the collection of key success metrics for client accounts and draft them into succinct reports to share with clients and other team members.
Content Coordination: You’ll work with our creators and developers to ensure content gets created and delivered on time, keeping everyone on the same page.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Familiarity with tracking and analyzing KPIs in TikTok
Strong client communication skills, with experience providing regular updates through email and Slack, ensuring clear and simple messaging to keep clients informed about project progress and upcoming tasks.
Proficiency in task management tools, particularly ClickUp, to effectively track deadlines, manage tasks, and coordinate with team members to ensure projects are moving forward as planned.
