Accountant / Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Accountant / Finance Coordinator to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.

  • Regularly update and maintain databases to ensure accurate financial and client records.

  • Draft, review, and send quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize a strong financial background to analyze data, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

  • Perform detailed reviews of financial documents and administrative tasks to identify and correct errors.

  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and responding to client inquiries.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

  • Identify and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Proficiency in Xero with experience managing financial data entry.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills for categorizing and organizing expenses, preparing detailed breakdowns, and maintaining consistency in financial records.
