Affiliate Marketing Reporting Specialist

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Affiliate Marketing Reporting Specialist to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Compile and deliver a daily marketing performance report by logging into 20+ digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate networks) and ensuring the report is accurate and complete each weekday by 8:45 AM EST.

  • Regularly maintain and update documentation for reporting procedures, including adding new processes and retiring outdated ones to ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the VP of Digital Marketing to perform manual overrides or corrections in the daily reports when discrepancies are found.

  • Monitor conversion and performance data across platforms daily, flagging any anomalies or sudden changes for immediate review by the performance team.

  • Create and distribute weekly EPC (Earnings Per Click) reports for designated product or content categories.

  • Support the financial reconciliation process by pulling platform data on a monthly basis for accounting use.

  • Conduct a weekly QA audit of the company website to confirm that all tracking codes and reporting mechanisms are functioning correctly.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising analytics, or a data-focused marketing role.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, and data validation techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads, and familiarity with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and affiliate tracking systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail—you can quickly spot inconsistencies or trends in large datasets and troubleshoot errors.

  • A reliable and independent work ethic, capable of meeting strict daily deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain clear documentation of reporting methods, sources, and processes.

  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over your work, especially in fast-paced or data-driven environments.
