Agency Media Buyer(Meta)
PART-TIME
We are looking for an awesome Agency Media Buyer(Meta) to support one of our rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across 8 active accounts (5 eCommerce and 3 Lead Gen), aligning with strategic goals and creative direction provided by strategist
Track and manage monthly ad spend of $15K–$20K, continuously monitoring performance indicators like ROAS, CPA, and CTR to maintain efficiency.
Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign ROI and lead quality.
Create and present weekly performance reports, highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities; actively participate in review calls to discuss outcomes and next steps.
Collaborate closely with Nick to incorporate strategic feedback and ensure all campaigns meet quality standards before launch.
Attend weekly team calls to discuss priorities, roadblocks, and shifting campaign objectives, ensuring consistent alignment.
Support onboarding and training processes, studying niche-market materials and following documented workflows to meet agency expectations and maintain consistency.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
2+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with measurable results in both eCommerce and lead generation.
A strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager, including advanced settings like custom conversions, pixel tracking, and A/B testing tools.
Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret performance reports and optimize campaigns based on KPIs like CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to receive and implement feedback effectively and clearly present campaign performance insights.
Familiarity with creative strategy, including writing compelling ad copy and advising on or selecting visual assets for ad variations.
A self-starter mindset who thrives in structured but flexible environments—organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
(Optional but a big plus) Experience running Google Ads campaigns, with the confidence to suggest and manage cross-platform opportunities to upsell services and drive additional client value.
