Agency Operations Manager

PART-TIME


We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Agency Operations Manager to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Client Onboarding Assistance

  • Handle form submissions by sending out personalized welcome emails and text messages to clients.

  • Assist with creating and maintaining client profiles, workflows, and automations within the GHL platform.

  • Support the CEO with ad hoc administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure all client onboarding systems and tools are kept up-to-date and functional.

  • Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities and provide regular updates to the CEO.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding workflows for better client experiences and operational efficiency.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 2-4 years of experience

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

  • Innate problem solver.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
