Agency Operations Manager

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Agency Operations Manager to support one of our Rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Client Onboarding Assistance
Handle form submissions by sending out personalized welcome emails and text messages to clients.
Assist with creating and maintaining client profiles, workflows, and automations within the GHL platform.
Support the CEO with ad hoc administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and follow-ups.
Ensure all client onboarding systems and tools are kept up-to-date and functional.
Maintain accurate records of client onboarding activities and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding workflows for better client experiences and operational efficiency.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
2-4 years of experience
Self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Innate problem solver.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
