AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
AI Automation Specialist to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Optimize prompts for AI language models to enhance their effectiveness in generating relevant and accurate outputs tailored to specific sales and marketing needs.

  • Oversee the training of AI language models, ensuring a deep understanding of syntax and application-specific requirements to improve response quality and relevance.

  • Lead iterative processes to refine prompts and training protocols, incorporating feedback to enhance the AI's adaptability and performance in real-world scenarios.

  • Manage the integration of AI tools with various sales and marketing software, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced efficiency across platforms.

  • Execute the implementation of existing AI tools in sales and marketing workflows, focusing on practical application rather than development.

  • Continuously assess and optimize the use of AI in marketing tasks, ensuring that processes are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop to consistently improve AI tool performance and integration, driving better results in sales and marketing activities.

  • Monitor the performance of AI tools and their impact on sales and marketing outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.

  • Develop strategies for the effective deployment of AI tools across various sales and marketing channels, maximizing their potential to drive revenue growth.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Familiarity with AI technologies, and their integration into business processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with clients to design and implement customized automation solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations related to automation and AI.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-growth or tech-driven company.
