AI Sales Optimization Manager

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
AI Sales Optimization Manager to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-generated workflows, ensuring they are streamlined for closing high-ticket sales and align with business goals.

  • Analyze data from AI communications and client interactions to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve conversion rates.

  • Oversee and manage leads generated by AI tools, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to client acquisition while maximizing efficiency.

  • Leverage emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to build and nurture relationships with prospects, complementing the data-driven sales approach.

  • Continuously monitor and refine AI-driven processes to ensure they are optimized for securing client agreements and meeting sales targets.

  • Balance technical data management with effective client engagement, ensuring a seamless experience from automated lead generation to client onboarding.

  • Track and assess the performance of AI sales tools, providing feedback and adjustments to enhance their effectiveness in closing deals.

  • Mentor and guide sales teams in leveraging AI tools effectively, ensuring they understand both the technical and emotional aspects of the sales process.

  • Incorporate client feedback into the AI-driven sales processes, ensuring the system evolves to meet customer needs more effectively.

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that leverage AI tools while maintaining a human touch in client interactions.

  • Prepare regular reports on AI-driven sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve both the AI tools and overall sales outcomes.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Familiarity with AI technologies, and their integration into business processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with clients to design and implement customized automation solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations related to automation and AI.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-growth or tech-driven company.
