Appointment Setter

PART-TIME


We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Appointment Setter to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Use scheduling tools such as calendly

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and appointments in the system.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through various channels

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless handover of leads.

  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for scheduled appointments

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospective clients.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Proficiency in using Google drive

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
