IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Make 100–200 outbound calls per day using a predefined script to engage potential clients.
Focus outreach on two primary lead pools:
Pre-qualified companies operating 30+ trucks (1,600+ leads)
FedEx contractors (approx. 2,500 contacts)
Schedule appointments for the internal sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
Confirm meetings on the day of the call to maximize show-up rates.
Log calls and outcomes in HubSpot, maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Maintain and update pipelines in HubSpot to reflect lead status and next steps.
Occasionally conduct light lead research, such as identifying missing contact names.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Experienced in high-volume outbound calling and appointment setting.
Familiar with HubSpot CRM, including call logging, pipeline management, and lead tracking.
Comfortable with scripts, but flexible enough to adapt in real-time to objections or varied responses.
Confident and professional phone presence, with clear and persuasive communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented in tracking activities and updating lead records.
Driven, resilient, and motivated by performance targets such as call volume and appointment bookings.
Able to work independently while staying aligned with the sales and outreach strategy.
