IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Follow up with inbound leads from webinars through personalized outreach (phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn) to book qualified appointments.
Prospect outbound by identifying and engaging decision-makers at roofing companies ($1M–$20M revenue) via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, and text.
Qualify leads by applying the Four Pillar Marketing Framework (Lead Gen, AI, SEO, Reputation Management) and discovery questions.
Set high-intent appointments with owners or key stakeholders genuinely interested in growth marketing solutions.
Track all communications and follow-ups in the CRM to maintain an updated pipeline.
Adapt outreach messaging based on company size, services, and marketing maturity to boost conversions.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
2–3 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound prospecting.
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Experience managing leads and pipeline data in a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
Ability to qualify leads using structured frameworks and discovery questioning.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding booking quotas.
Process-driven approach with adaptability to refine scripts, targeting, and strategy.
