Appointment Setter

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Appointment Setter to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Follow up with inbound leads from webinars through personalized outreach (phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn) to book qualified appointments.

  • Prospect outbound by identifying and engaging decision-makers at roofing companies ($1M–$20M revenue) via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, and text.

  • Qualify leads by applying the Four Pillar Marketing Framework (Lead Gen, AI, SEO, Reputation Management) and discovery questions.

  • Set high-intent appointments with owners or key stakeholders genuinely interested in growth marketing solutions.

  • Track all communications and follow-ups in the CRM to maintain an updated pipeline.

  • Adapt outreach messaging based on company size, services, and marketing maturity to boost conversions.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 2–3 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound prospecting.

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Experience managing leads and pipeline data in a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).

  • Ability to qualify leads using structured frameworks and discovery questioning.

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding booking quotas.

  • Process-driven approach with adaptability to refine scripts, targeting, and strategy.
