IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Respond quickly to new leads from Facebook Lead Ads, using calls, texts, or emails to maximize conversion speed.
Schedule and confirm appointments for garage-door service jobs, managing reschedules, no-shows, and follow-up communication.
Coordinate with the AI voice agent for after-hours calls — routing emergencies to live dispatchers and scheduling non-urgent jobs for later.
Conduct light outbound prospecting, calling city or vertical-specific lists as needed and recording all outcomes.
Maintain clean and accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL) by tracking all touchpoints and updating pipeline statuses daily.
Report on performance metrics and assist in comparing manual outbound results versus ads-driven lead flow (appointments per hour, CPL, etc.).
