Appointment Setter / Sales Outreach Specialist

We are looking for an awesome Appointment Setter / Sales Outreach Specialist to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Respond quickly to new leads from Facebook Lead Ads, using calls, texts, or emails to maximize conversion speed.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for garage-door service jobs, managing reschedules, no-shows, and follow-up communication.

  • Coordinate with the AI voice agent for after-hours calls — routing emergencies to live dispatchers and scheduling non-urgent jobs for later.

  • Conduct light outbound prospecting, calling city or vertical-specific lists as needed and recording all outcomes.

  • Maintain clean and accurate records in GoHighLevel (GHL) by tracking all touchpoints and updating pipeline statuses daily.

  • Report on performance metrics and assist in comparing manual outbound results versus ads-driven lead flow (appointments per hour, CPL, etc.).

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • You have strong communication skills and can confidently handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed-to-lead directly impacts performance.

  • You’re organized, reliable, and detail-oriented when managing appointments and CRM updates.

  • You can adapt quickly to AI tools, automated workflows, and lead management systems.

  • You’re proactive about following up with leads and maintaining consistent daily reporting.

  • You take ownership of results and are motivated by improving lead response rates and booking efficiency.
