Automations Specialist (Make, Zapier, GHL)

PART-TIME

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Automations Specialist to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
Design and implement automation workflows using HighLevel, Make, and Zapier to streamline operations.
Customize and optimize existing automations to improve performance and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored automation solutions.
Set up, test, and deploy automation workflows for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
Provide training and support to clients to help them manage and optimize their automation solutions.
Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions, such as ChatGPT, into automation workflows.
Implement AI-driven automations that can enhance client offerings and internal processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in automation tools and AI technologies.
Proactively suggest new tools, technologies, or strategies that could benefit the business or its clients.
Maintain detailed documentation of all automation processes and workflows.
Provide regular reports on the performance and impact of automation initiatives.
Ensure that all automations comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Proven experience in creating and managing automation workflows using HighLevel, Make, and Zapier.
Familiarity with AI technologies, especially ChatGPT, and their integration into business processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with clients to design and implement customized automation solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with other automation tools or programming languages.
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations related to automation and AI.
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-growth or tech-driven company.
