Claude Tech / Business Analyst Assistant

PART-TIME

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Use AI tools (primarily Claude) to support business analysis, research, and operational workflows across multiple projects.
Translate business needs into structured prompts, workflows, and outputs, ensuring AI-generated results are accurate and usable.
Analyze data, conversations, and documents to extract insights, action items, and recommendations that support decision-making.
Assist in building and improving systems, automations, and documentation, connecting tools and streamlining processes where possible.
Support cross-functional tasks including research, reporting, content structuring, and operational execution.
Act as a bridge between technical tools and business needs, helping turn ideas into structured, repeatable workflows.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Are highly analytical and systems-oriented, able to break down problems and create structured solutions.
Have hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools (especially Claude or similar LLMs).
Can write clear, effective prompts and refine outputs to improve quality and accuracy.
Are comfortable working with data, research, and documentation, and can turn information into actionable insights.
Have basic technical understanding of automations, APIs, or tool integrations (nice to have, not required).
Are proactive, curious, and able to operate independently while continuously improving processes.
