We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Cold Caller to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted cold calls, effectively communicating value propositions to generate interest and schedule meetings with sales representatives.

  • Develop, refine, and personalize calling scripts to maximize engagement and ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences, focusing on overcoming objections and highlighting key benefits.

  • Build rapport with prospects during initial conversations, establishing trust and laying the foundation for future business relationships while maintaining a professional tone.

  • Maintain accurate records of call activities, outcomes, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Report on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality to management.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor insights to confidently address prospects' questions and objections, enhancing overall call effectiveness.

  • Expertly manage objections and difficult conversations, using persuasive techniques to turn negative responses into opportunities for further engagement or future outreach.

  • Prioritize and manage daily calling schedules to ensure maximum outreach within designated time frames, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target markets, messaging, and lead handoffs, providing valuable feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.

  • Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring no opportunity is lost due to lack of contact or engagement.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Experience in effectively conveying value propositions, overcoming objections, and persuading prospects to take action, such as scheduling meetings or providing more information.

  • Proven success in identifying and qualifying potential clients through targeted cold calls, demonstrating the ability to generate interest and build a pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Ability to create, refine, and personalize calling scripts to suit different target audiences, ensuring engagement and a positive response, with experience overcoming diverse objections.

  • Skilled at building rapport quickly over the phone, establishing trust, and fostering a strong initial relationship with prospects to set the stage for future business discussions.

  • Familiarity with using CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to track call activities, manage follow-ups, and report on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.

  • Strong experience managing objections and difficult conversations, using persuasive and empathetic techniques to turn negative responses into future opportunities.

  • Demonstrated success in conducting timely follow-up calls and nurturing leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and preventing opportunities from being lost.
