IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Make outbound calls to property owners/investors, holding professional and effective prospect conversations.
Update and maintain Salesforce (Rethink CRM), ensuring accurate property, deal, and contact records.
Conduct research on mobile home parks, including deeds, mortgages, and signatories to identify decision makers.
Support marketing efforts through email blasts and investor communications.
Assist with administrative tasks such as alerts, announcements, and closing paperwork.
Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations and team efficiency.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Previous experience in cold calling or phone-based prospecting.
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills for data entry and admin support.
A proactive, flexible approach to balancing calls, research, and office tasks.
