We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome

Cold Caller to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services in a professional and engaging manner.
Effectively handle client inquiries and objections, demonstrating confidence and product knowledge to build trust and move conversations forward.
Proactively follow up with leads, nurturing relationships and guiding potential clients through the decision-making process.
Adapt to feedback and coaching, continuously improving performance through call reviews and training sessions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets, maintaining high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, updating the CRM system with relevant notes and tracking lead progress.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, providing insights on lead quality and identifying opportunities for improvement.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and address their needs effectively.
Confidence in handling objections and guiding conversations, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
A results-driven mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed sales and engagement targets.
Strong active listening skills, allowing you to tailor conversations to each lead’s unique interests and concerns.
The ability to quickly learn and articulate product knowledge, ensuring credibility and trust in discussions.
Experience in outbound calling, sales, or lead generation is a plus, but a willingness to learn and improve is essential.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data entry, keeping track of leads and following structured workflows efficiently.

This is a Part-Time work opportunity.
You'll be asked to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
