Cold Caller

FULL-TIME


We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome Cold Caller to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Make outbound cold calls to mobile home park owners with the goal of identifying potential sellers.

  • Conduct conversations to determine owner interest, property status, and relevant acquisition details.

  • Qualify leads based on criteria provided and pass warm, vetted opportunities directly to the business owner.

  • Maintain accurate call records and lead notes to support follow-up and tracking in the CRM.

  • Work closely with the business owner (client) to ensure leads are handed off efficiently and clearly.

  • Focus exclusively on calling in the initial stage, with potential to expand into deeper deal coordination, such as drafting LOIs or assisting with contracts.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Confident and professional on the phone, with a calm, persistent approach to cold calling property owners.

  • Experienced in lead generation, real estate calling, or outbound phone-based sales (real estate background a plus).

  • A strong communicator who listens actively, asks thoughtful questions, and builds rapport quickly.

  • Organized and detail-oriented in maintaining call logs, lead notes, and status updates.

  • Open to growth, learning, and taking on new responsibilities over time as trust and experience build.

  • Self-motivated, consistent, and able to manage repetitive outreach tasks while staying energized and focused.
