Creative Executive Assistant / Project Manager

PART-TIME

We are looking for an awesome Creative Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Support light video editing needs for Instagram Reels and occasional YouTube content using accessible editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar).
Handle basic graphic design tasks for social media posts, newsletters, website assets, and the layout of media kits—ensuring a polished, on-brand look.
Build and maintain a content calendar, keeping the client on track with upcoming posts, campaigns, and deadlines.
Serve as the main point of coordination for social media content—from idea to execution—while managing approvals and revisions.
Clearly communicate deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure all creative assets are delivered and published on schedule.
Collaborate closely with the client to streamline workflows, stay aligned on content goals, and reduce day-to-day content management friction.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

A creative problem-solver with a good eye for design and experience in light video and graphic editing.
Familiar with managing content calendars and confident in keeping creative projects on track across multiple platforms.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills for coordinating feedback and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Comfortable managing both the creative process and the client—anticipating needs, nudging for approvals, and taking initiative.
Skilled at balancing execution with project management—able to juggle priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.
A self-starter with strong follow-through, who thrives in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment with evolving priorities.
