Customer Support/Admin Assistant

FULL-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Customer Support/Admin Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners, insurance agents, adjusters, and referral partners

  • Triage inquiries and route them appropriately (e.g., emergency services, scheduling, project updates)

  • Enter accurate customer info into internal systems (RMS) and maintain call logs

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically during stressful customer situations

  • Conduct check-in calls with active customers and log feedback for internal improvements

  • Reach out to adjusters, plumbers, and referral partners to schedule meetings

  • Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments for business development

  • Build rapport with external contacts and maintain CRM records with updates and follow-ups

  • Handle administrative support tasks like appointment tracking and file updates

  • Monitor unresolved issues and flag them for follow-up

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Excellent verbal English skills with a neutral or light accent

  • Confident on both cold and warm calls, with a professional phone presence

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing high call volumes

  • Familiarity with restoration, insurance, or service-based industries
