Customer Support/Admin Assistant
FULL-TIME
We are looking for an awesome Customer Support/Admin Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Answer inbound calls from homeowners, insurance agents, adjusters, and referral partners
Triage inquiries and route them appropriately (e.g., emergency services, scheduling, project updates)
Enter accurate customer info into internal systems (RMS) and maintain call logs
Communicate clearly and empathetically during stressful customer situations
Conduct check-in calls with active customers and log feedback for internal improvements
Reach out to adjusters, plumbers, and referral partners to schedule meetings
Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments for business development
Build rapport with external contacts and maintain CRM records with updates and follow-ups
Handle administrative support tasks like appointment tracking and file updates
Monitor unresolved issues and flag them for follow-up
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Excellent verbal English skills with a neutral or light accent
Confident on both cold and warm calls, with a professional phone presence
Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing high call volumes
Familiarity with restoration, insurance, or service-based industries
