Elite Media Buyer to support one of our Rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Develop, implement, and manage high-performing Google Ads (priority) and Meta Ads (secondary) campaigns tailored to client objectives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions are on target, and swiftly make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
Analyze complex campaign data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies (across both Google and Meta) to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and drive higher-quality traffic.
Ensure efficient allocation of budgets across campaigns, continuously monitoring and adjusting to optimize spend, reduce waste, and maximize performance within the client's budgetary constraints.
Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies to target relevant demographics, behavior, and interest groups, utilizing Google's and Meta's data and custom audience features.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are visually appealing and aligned with the campaign’s objectives. Provide input for ad copy, visuals, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and inform campaign strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Stay up to date with the latest changes in Google and Meta ad policies, platform updates, and algorithm shifts, ensuring all campaigns comply with the latest guidelines and best practices.
Regularly communicate campaign performance, progress, and key insights with clients, providing detailed performance reports and recommendations for future improvements.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale Google and Meta ad campaigns with monthly spends in the 6-7 digit range, ensuring high performance and ROI.
Skilled in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA, with a track record of making data-driven adjustments to maximize returns on large investments.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and campaign success.
Experienced in conducting A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies, ensuring consistent performance optimization and higher-quality traffic.
Ability to work closely with creative teams to align ad copy, visuals, and messaging with overall campaign objectives, ensuring compelling and effective ads.
Demonstrated expertise in efficiently managing and allocating multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring optimal spend and pacing while minimizing waste.
