Executive Assistant/Operations Manager

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Repurpose and schedule engaging video content across LinkedIn and other social platforms using basic editing tools like CapCut, while leveraging AI tools for tone, content ideas, and prompt generation.

  • Manage consistent posting and audience engagement (likes, comments, DMs) on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to boost brand visibility and drive traffic to booking funnels and lead magnets.

  • Provide executive support through email and calendar management, task follow-ups, and documentation of recurring processes to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (primarily GoHighLevel), refine automations, and support onboarding sequences for leads and investors.

  • Track and report social media and campaign engagement metrics, helping to identify content performance trends and areas for optimization.

  • Offer light property management assistance by monitoring lease renewals, coordinating schedules, and supporting basic financial/account reconciliation tasks.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Comfortable with basic video editing tools and enjoy creating and scheduling social content with consistency and attention to brand tone.

  • Familiar with or willing to learn CRM systems like GoHighLevel, and enthusiastic about streamlining workflows and automations.

  • Organized and proactive in managing calendars, inboxes, and ongoing admin tasks with a high degree of ownership and follow-through.

  • A responsive communicator who’s confident engaging with online audiences and tailoring messages to drive interest and action.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret engagement data to support growth and optimization strategies.

  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a willingness to learn across different functions — from content and outreach to light property support.

  • This is a part-time work opportunity, 15 hours per week.
