Executive Operations and Marketing Assistant
PART-TIME
We are looking for an awesome Executive Operations and Marketing Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage client tasks and internal requests through Asana, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met.
Organize daily workflows and bring structure to ongoing operations to improve overall efficiency.
Take the lead on inbox management, flag important communications, and anticipate needs by starting the day ahead of the executive.
Join client meetings when needed and take ownership of implementing follow-up actions and deliverables.
Coordinate timelines and tasks for content and newsletter production to keep all stakeholders on track.
Act as a strategic gatekeeper, allowing the executive to focus on high-level development and planning.
Support the execution of monthly social media calendars by writing engaging copy and designing branded graphics using Canva.
Schedule and publish content across platforms using Sprout Social or similar tools.
Draft and format newsletters using nonprofit-specific email platforms such as Network for Good, or comparable systems like ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp.
Work within nonprofit marketing tools to support fundraising, outreach, and engagement campaigns effectively.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Experience managing tasks and communications in Asana or other project management platforms.
Strong skills in content creation, especially in designing with Canva and writing copy tailored for social media and email newsletters.
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Sprout Social to manage and track content performance.
Experience using nonprofit-oriented email platforms such as Network for Good, or similar systems like ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the initiative to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.
A proactive, mission-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to follow through on multiple priorities.
Confidence attending client meetings, contributing to discussions, and executing follow-up actions independently.

This is a part-time work opportunity, 15 hours per week.
You'll be asked to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
