IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications (calls, texts, emails), primarily related to real estate photo and video shoots—responding promptly, clarifying details, and routing urgent needs.
Manage and coordinate bookings using tools like Google Calendar, Airtable, and a real estate-specific scheduling platform—ensuring accuracy, avoiding conflicts, and communicating updates proactively.
Oversee day-to-day project progress in Airtable by tracking job statuses, managing deliverables, and keeping the internal team aligned and informed.
Execute social media strategies for 4–5 client accounts by drafting captions, scheduling posts, sourcing assets, and running light ad campaigns (Meta Ads knowledge is a plus).
Propose and organize content ideas by developing shot lists and planning for future creative sessions based on brand goals and client needs.
Triage and quality-check edited real estate media, identify issues (e.g., lighting, framing), and coordinate revisions with external editors as needed.
Use AI tools to generate captions, photo review notes, and streamline productivity—creating effective prompts and refining outputs to suit brand tone and style.

A responsive and professional communicator who thrives in client-facing roles and can confidently manage fast-moving conversations across channels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong scheduling skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts using tools like Airtable and Google Calendar.
Experienced in social media management and content planning, with a knack for writing on-brand captions and a proactive approach to campaign execution.
Confident in reviewing visual content and giving creative direction, even if you're not a designer—bonus if you have a good eye for real estate photography.
Proactive, trustworthy, and versatile—able to manage everything from marketing tasks to executive support with reliability and a can-do attitude.
