IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and campaign objectives across e-commerce, medical, and lead generation projects.
Develop and oversee ad creative strategy — partnering with designers and copywriters to ensure visuals and messaging are compelling, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
Manage end-to-end media buying across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), from strategy to performance optimization.
Conduct audience and market research to identify key demographics, behaviors, and trends, ensuring precise targeting and strong campaign relevance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time, managing budgets, testing creatives, and refining targeting to achieve maximum ROI.
Report on performance insights, highlight key metrics (CTR, CPA, conversions), and present data-driven recommendations to clients for continuous improvement.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
You’re experienced in both Google Ads and Meta Ads, and can confidently manage campaigns for diverse industries like e-commerce and lead gen.
You combine creative insight with analytical thinking you understand what makes an ad convert and how to prove it with data.
You communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, translating strategy into actionable plans.
You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
You’re comfortable with performance tools and dashboards, and can interpret data to make fast, informed optimizations.
You stay ahead of advertising trends, testing new placements, formats, and strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
