We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome

Fiancial Analyst / Underwriter to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Utilize advanced Excel functions such as array formulas, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to organize, analyze, and interpret financial data effectively.
Analyze and categorize General Ledger (GL) entries, ensuring proper classification of income, expenses, and non-operating financial activities.
Perform reconciliations to verify data accuracy and ensure financial records align with reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation, providing insights to support business decision-making and underwriting assessments.
Learn and apply underwriting principles, assessing financial risks and contributing to business evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, underwriting, and operations, to streamline data management and reporting processes.
Continuously improve financial workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhanced reporting accuracy.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets accurately.
Experience in financial reporting and General Ledger (GL) categorization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards..
Attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Understanding of underwriting principles, or a willingness to learn and apply them in financial risk assessments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring financial data integrity while supporting decision-making processes.
A continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with financial analysis trends, underwriting techniques, and best practices.
