IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Design, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns that capture high-quality leads through forms, calls, and landing pages.
Identify high-intent search terms and evaluate competitors to strengthen targeting and ad positioning.
Write persuasive ad headlines, craft strong CTAs, and optimize landing pages for conversion.
Set up UTMs, conversion tracking, and attribution through GA4 and Tag Manager.
Analyze CPL, conversion rates, and CTR to identify opportunities for improvement.
Run tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to continuously improve performance.
Distribute budgets effectively across campaigns to balance lead quality and volume.
Provide data-driven insights and make strategic recommendations to enhance lead flow and ROI.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
3–5 years of Google Ads experience, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Proven ability to manage high-converting funnels for service-based or B2B clients.
Expertise in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads Editor.
Familiar with landing page builders (Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or WordPress).
