HubSpot Admin (Sales + Marketing CRM)

We are looking for an awesome HubSpot Admin (Sales + Marketing CRM) to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Design and implement the HubSpot CRM foundation across Sales and Marketing hubs, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, properties, views, and standardized record structures.

  • Establish a scalable base structure for proper CRM usage—naming conventions, required fields, permissions, data hygiene rules, and internal documentation/SOPs.

  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations such as lead routing, lifecycle updates, task creation, internal alerts, and nurturing sequences aligned to defined processes.

  • Set up and manage core integrations (native or via middleware), ensuring reliable data flow and resolving sync or attribution issues.

  • Identify why the current HubSpot setup is not usable, fix configuration gaps, and continuously improve usability, reporting accuracy, and process compliance.

  • Transition from implementation into ongoing CRM support, providing user assistance, refining workflows, maintaining integrations, and evolving the system as business needs change.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • You have hands-on experience building or restructuring HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs from the ground up.

  • You think in systems and processes, not just tools, and can translate messy real-world workflows into clean CRM structures.

  • You’re detail-oriented and proactive about data hygiene, accuracy, and reporting integrity.

  • You’re comfortable owning both initial implementation and ongoing optimization/support.

  • You can clearly explain CRM logic and decisions to non-technical stakeholders and guide adoption.

  • You adapt quickly as requirements become clearer, adjusting automations, properties, and reporting to match evolving needs.
