Junior Facebook Ads / GHL Marketer

FULL-TIME

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Support the strategy execution, setup, and day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring campaigns are properly structured, launched, and optimized for lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance across key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality, making data-backed adjustments or escalating insights when needed.
Work inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage pipelines, automations, lead routing, nurture workflows, and campaign-related backend systems.
Assist with building and maintaining lead generation funnels, landing pages, forms, and integrations that support paid traffic campaigns.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, tracking gaps, automation errors, or funnel breakdowns to keep marketing systems running efficiently.
Communicate performance updates, priorities, and recommendations clearly while supporting urgent hiring and marketing initiatives.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Hands-on experience managing or supporting Meta / Facebook Ads campaigns with a solid understanding of campaign structure, audiences, creatives, and optimization.
Comfortable working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage CRM pipelines, automations, forms, workflows, and lead management systems.
Familiar with lead generation marketing, including funnels, landing pages, conversion tracking, and paid traffic flows.
Analytical and confident reviewing campaign data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
Proactive and growth-minded, with the ability to execute independently while continuing to develop advanced marketing skills.
