Junior Marketing & Project Manager

PART-TIME

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Manage day-to-day operations across the core tool stack, including GoHighLevel, Zapier, ClickUp, and Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns, automations, and projects run smoothly.
Execute marketing operations tasks, including building and editing funnels, launching ads, managing automations, and handling backend marketing setup.
Maintain and organize ClickUp project workflows, ensuring tasks are tracked, updated, and completed on schedule.
Monitor and maintain active ad campaigns (Meta and/or Google), ensuring campaigns remain live, properly set up, and functioning without issues.
Bring structure to fast-moving operations, organizing assets, workflows, and tasks so execution stays clean and efficient.
Support ongoing administrative marketing and operations tasks, ensuring nothing falls behind and daily operations continue moving forward.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Are an executor by nature you move quickly, follow through, and keep projects moving without needing constant direction.
Are highly organized and systems-oriented, able to bring structure to messy or fast-moving environments.
Have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, ClickUp, and Ads Manager (Meta and/or Google).
Are comfortable working consistently during core hours (8AM–4PM PST) and maintaining reliable daily availability.
Can take a task or idea, run with it independently, and deliver clean, accurate implementation.
Are detail-oriented and operationally minded, focused on execution, organization, and keeping systems running not copywriting or high-level strategy.
