Mid-Level Paid Media Analysts

FULL-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Mid-Level Paid Media Analysts to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.

  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative variables to maximize ROAS and improve campaign outcomes.

  • Translate strategic direction into actionable tactics, delivering campaigns that align with client objectives while leveraging platform-specific strengths.

  • Perform rigorous QA checks on campaign setups, tracking implementations, and budget pacing to ensure accuracy and avoid delivery issues.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Analysts, and Strategists to align execution with broader marketing plans.

  • Provide platform-specific insights and tactical recommendations that drive continuous improvement and meet performance benchmarks.

  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, support onboarding and training of junior analysts, and maintain best practices across execution.

  • Stay current with platform updates, ad tech innovations, and testing methodologies to keep campaigns competitive and effective.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to draw insights from data and act quickly on optimization opportunities.

  • Detail-oriented approach to QA and execution, with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.

  • Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively, with clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, tracking setup (e.g., UTM, pixels, GTM), and familiarity with attribution reporting.

  • A passion for continuous learning, testing, and improving processes to stay ahead of trends and platform changes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting project needs while keeping performance at the forefront.

  • A supportive, team-first attitude with a commitment to sharing best practices and elevating team performance.
