Operations Manager/Social Media Manager

FULL-TIME

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Oversee tour reservations across Peak.com, email, and phone; confirm details, handle payments/waivers, and keep the master calendar and staff schedules accurate.
Ensure smooth onsite flow—assist with check-ins, paperwork, and guest experience while aligning with the onsite team during busy weekends.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and DMs from 9:00–6:00 (ET), assist with last-minute bookings, and escalate urgent inquiries when needed.
Keep SOPs, booking logs, and product listings up to date; track chargebacks, report issues, and submit website updates or fixes.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, highlighting the park’s attractions and experiences.
Maintain a content calendar, interact with followers, optimize social profiles, and collaborate with local partners to boost bookings and visibility.
