IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Review and refine lead databases to ensure each contact is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with ideal customer profiles.
Identify and verify contact information—including email addresses and LinkedIn profiles—using Apollo or similar tools.
Use Apollo’s advanced filters and segmentation tools to create targeted lists based on industry, role, location, and other criteria.
Set up, launch, and monitor outbound email campaigns in Apollo, applying light personalization to improve engagement.
Implement LinkedIn messaging sequences through Apollo to nurture prospects and support top-of-funnel outreach efforts.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Proficient in using Apollo.io for lead generation, contact verification, and campaign management.
Detail-oriented and methodical in validating and organizing lead data, with a strong grasp of how to segment audiences effectively.
Knowledgeable about cold outreach best practices, with experience in email deliverability, message formatting, and reply handling.
Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting, especially through automated tools or sequence platforms.
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently, meeting tight deadlines while handling multiple outreach tasks.
