Outreach and CRM Manager

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Outreach and CRM Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Manage all CRM communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and on-brand engagement with leads and contacts.

  • Maintain and update contact records, notes, tags, and triggers to keep the database clean and actionable.

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns using automation tools.

  • Personalize outreach messages to reflect brand tone and comply with LinkedIn best practices.

  • Track responses, manage inboxes, and coordinate follow-ups through both CRM and LinkedIn.

  • Identify and implement improvements across CRM workflows and outreach automation processes.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Strong experience managing CRM systems and maintaining clean, organized contact databases.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools and automation best practices.

  • Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail and tone.

  • Proactive follow-through and ability to spot gaps in lead nurturing or pipeline flow.
