Paid Media Agency Account Manager

FULL-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Paid Media Agency Account Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Manage client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor across a portfolio of digital marketing accounts

  • Oversee project coordination, ensuring timely execution and QA of campaigns, reports, and deliverables via Asana

  • Align internal team efforts with client KPIs and marketing goals; present strategic insights that connect data to outcomes

  • Maintain proactive communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups; deliver clear reports and meeting recaps

  • Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with team leads to expand service offerings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow agency processes to ensure high-quality client experiences

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in a digital marketing or agency setting

  • Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Asana and Slack

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain marketing performance clearly

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, and analytics tools is a plus

  • This is a part-time work opportunity, 40 hours per week.
