Paid Media Agency Account Manager
FULL-TIME
We are looking for an awesome Paid Media Agency Account Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor across a portfolio of digital marketing accounts
Oversee project coordination, ensuring timely execution and QA of campaigns, reports, and deliverables via Asana
Align internal team efforts with client KPIs and marketing goals; present strategic insights that connect data to outcomes
Maintain proactive communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups; deliver clear reports and meeting recaps
Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with team leads to expand service offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow agency processes to ensure high-quality client experiences
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
3+ years of client-facing experience in a digital marketing or agency setting
Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like Asana and Slack
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain marketing performance clearly
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, and analytics tools is a plus
