IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google (Performance Max, YouTube), Meta, Reddit, and Nextdoor
Own day-to-day campaign operations — setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
Ensure smooth account transitions and continuity of spend during onboarding
Lead test-and-learn initiatives on emerging or unfamiliar channels (Reddit, Nextdoor, YouTube)
Design structured experiments, track results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Gradually reduce Meta dependency while scaling performance on Google-first channels
Co-develop media strategy with the marketing lead — not just execute briefs, but contribute ideas proactively
Come to calls prepared with observations, hypotheses, and channel insights
Align paid media efforts with broader business goals, including brand growth ahead of a planned exit
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns — specifically Performance Max and YouTube
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager with a track record of running and optimizing campaigns
Experience running campaigns on Reddit Ads and Nextdoor Ads — or genuinely comfortable ramping on unfamiliar platforms
Able to design and run structured A/B tests and communicate findings clearly
A strategic thinker — you connect channel-level performance to broader business outcomes
Proactive and prepared — you show up to calls with observations, not just status updates
Organized and detail-oriented with strong ownership over campaign quality
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Room for career development
Collaborative, supportive work environment where your contributions are valued
