IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Set up, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdRoll/retargeting, and Local Services Ads.
Write, test, and refine ad copy that converts; collaborate with designers on creative assets.
Partner with the web team to deliver mobile-first, speed-optimized, high-converting landing pages.
Implement UTMs, maintain optimization logs, and ensure accurate conversion tracking.
Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights, competitor research, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of PPC trends and proactively suggest new strategies, targeting options, and offers.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
3–5 years of hands-on PPC/paid media experience (agency experience preferred).
Mastery of Google Ads (campaign setup, bid strategy, ad extensions, negative keywords, and conversion optimization).
Proficiency with Meta Ads, Local Services Ads, and retargeting platforms (AdRoll or similar).
Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with reporting & tracking tools like Agency Analytics, CallRail, and Hotjar.
Strong copywriting skills for ads (with bonus points for using AI tools like ChatGPT or Jasper).
Experience in landing page UX, conversion rate optimization, and mobile-first design.
Solid knowledge of UTM setup, dashboards, and analytics interpretation.
Bonus: Familiarity with direct response marketing principles (Dan Kennedy, Marcus Sheridan).
