Paid Media Strategist

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome
Paid Media Strategist to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Design and execute holistic paid media strategies across Google (priority) and Meta (secondary) platforms, aligning with business goals, brand positioning, and audience targeting for multi-million-dollar monthly ad spends.

  • Develop and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Work closely with execution teams to ensure strategies are implemented effectively and objectives are met.

  • Manage and forecast ad budgets in the 6-7 figure range, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns. Continuously assess budget efficiency, adjusting as needed to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats. Leverage insights to shape strategic direction and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Google and Meta campaigns with overall marketing strategies, coordinating with SEO, email marketing, and organic social teams to create a unified customer journey.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with client goals, continuously monitoring campaign success metrics, and driving optimization for maximum impact.

  • Develop and refine sophisticated audience segmentation strategies, leveraging custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and first-party data to ensure precision targeting and optimal engagement.

  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure that ad copy, creatives, and messaging align with strategic objectives, target audience preferences, and campaign goals. Provide strategic input to enhance ad effectiveness.

  • Analyze complex data sets from campaigns to make informed, strategic decisions on optimizations, scaling, and pivots. Use data insights to provide recommendations for continuous improvement and future campaigns.

  • Act as the primary strategic contact for high-profile clients, delivering in-depth reports and performance updates. Provide thought leadership and recommendations for long-term media planning and growth strategies.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Extensive experience designing and executing holistic paid media strategies across Google and Meta platforms, managing multi-million-dollar monthly ad spends to align with business goals and brand positioning.

  • Proven ability to oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment with broader marketing initiatives while working closely with execution teams to implement strategies effectively.

  • Skilled in forecasting and managing ad budgets in the 6-7 figure range, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and maximizing ROAS through continuous efficiency assessments and adjustments.

  • Strong expertise in conducting deep market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities, shaping strategic direction to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Experience in ensuring seamless integration of Google and Meta campaigns with other marketing efforts, such as SEO, email marketing, and organic social, to create a unified and cohesive customer journey.

  • Proficiency in developing and refining sophisticated audience segmentation strategies, utilizing tools like custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and first-party data for precise targeting.
