Performance Marketing Manager

FULL-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Performance Marketing Manager to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook from the ground up.

  • Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures based on pacing, ROI, and performance trends.

  • Own and monitor the health of assigned verticals, including tracking, landing pages, and promotional accuracy.

  • QA landing pages and ensure all conversion events are properly tracked across platforms.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues and escalate tracking or funnel-related problems promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing to align on priorities and scale successful campaigns.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 3–5+ years of paid media experience managing Google, Bing, and Facebook campaigns.

  • A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and resolve tracking or performance issues fast.

  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward problem-solving.

  • Comfort navigating ad platforms, attribution tools, and landing page QA processes.
