IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook from the ground up.
Optimize bids, budgets, and campaign structures based on pacing, ROI, and performance trends.
Own and monitor the health of assigned verticals, including tracking, landing pages, and promotional accuracy.
QA landing pages and ensure all conversion events are properly tracked across platforms.
Troubleshoot performance issues and escalate tracking or funnel-related problems promptly.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing to align on priorities and scale successful campaigns.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
3–5+ years of paid media experience managing Google, Bing, and Facebook campaigns.
A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and resolve tracking or performance issues fast.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward problem-solving.
Comfort navigating ad platforms, attribution tools, and landing page QA processes.
