IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Strategically manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and align daily priorities with business goals to maximize productivity and focus.
Maintain visibility over key projects and daily tasks using tools like Asana. Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Identify inefficiencies in daily operations. Propose and implement streamlined workflows, automations, or templates to create repeatable, scalable systems.
Draft, organize, and manage both internal and external communications, including email management, meeting agendas, and documentation, keeping the executive well-informed and responsive.
Take ownership of mixed admin and operational tasks (e.g., travel booking, vendor research, personal errands) to reduce cognitive load and free the executive for high-level decision-making.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
A strong communicator who can write clearly, follow up diplomatically, and keep teams aligned
Proactive and organized, with an innate sense of ownership and urgency
Experienced with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and email/calendar management platforms
Systems-minded, you naturally look for ways to improve processes and reduce repetitive tasks
Comfortable balancing personal and professional task support in a fast-paced, remote environment
