Property Management Assistant

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome

Property Management Assistant to support one of our Rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Handle inbound calls from tenants, potential tenants, and vendors, providing information and support as needed.

  • Follow up with mobile home dealers to check available homes for relocation to the parks.

  • Track manage leads from Facebook Marketplace, coordinating the relocation of used mobile homes.

  • Update and maintain records in Rent Manager to ensure data accuracy and organization.

  • Collaborate with managers daily align on tasks, share updates and ensure smooth operations.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Strong communication skills handle calls with tenants, potential tenants and vendors professionally.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring timely follow-ups with mobile home dealers and tracking available homes for relocation.

  • Experience in lead management, especially using platforms like Facebook, Marketplace to find coordinate used mobile homes.

  • Tech-Savvy and organized, with the ability to update and maintain records accurately in Rent Manager.

  • A team player, able to collaborate daily with other managers to keep operations running smoothly.
