Property Researcher

PART-TIME

We are looking for an awesome Property Researcher to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Research mobile home park properties flagged in Salesforce as “research needed”
Track down owner names, contact info, and missing property details using tools like CoStar, Reonomy, Whitepages, Lexis Nexis, and LandVision
Log findings clearly into Salesforce or internal templates for sales team use
Work through research backlogs methodically and with high accuracy
Support the investment team by delivering reliable, actionable property insights
Learn and apply internal research processes and tools independently

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Experienced in property research or real estate data tools
A self-starter who can navigate incomplete records and work independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable using Salesforce and similar CRM/data platforms
Proactive in solving problems and finding creative ways to locate hard-to-find data

This is a part-time work opportunity, 15 hours per week.
You'll be asked to work during Central Standard Time (CST)
