IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Launch and manage outbound campaigns to 40–60 event organizers/month, prioritizing high-leverage industry events with mid-market executive audiences.
Create and refine 1–2 core slide decks using Alex’s Slide Phrasing framework, ensuring they deliver “aha” moments, build credibility, and seamlessly transition to the Executive 360 offer.
Test and iterate on post-presentation CTAs (survey closes, urgency offers, discounts) to maximize booked calls.
Collaborate with Alex’s EA on high-touch follow-up, maintaining consistency and personalization in communications.
Monitor key funnel metrics (speaking leads, opt-ins, booked calls per event), provide actionable insights, and refine strategies based on performance.
Identify what’s working, double down on high-ROI activities, and build repeatable systems for event-to-booked-call conversions.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
2+ years of B2B outreach, sales, or marketing experience (event/speaking engagement experience is a strong plus).
Proven ability to secure speaking or partnership opportunities with mid-market or executive-level audiences.
Strong presentation-building skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva).
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking funnel performance and optimizing conversions.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to build repeatable systems.
