Sales Coordinator
PART-TIME
We are looking for an awesome Sales Coordinator to support one of our rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and confirm sales calls via HubSpot and Sales Navigator
Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date, logging interactions and maintaining accurate records
Handle daily admin tasks including inbox management, task tracking, and file organization
Research job fairs, entry-level roles, and school lead contacts to support outreach
Build lead lists of local companies and key decision-makers (e.g., directors of talent acquisition)
Send and monitor LinkedIn/email outreach to drive engagement and booked meetings
Support lead generation strategy by identifying warm leads and coordinating touchpoints
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong admin and CRM management skills
Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools
Comfortable executing repeatable processes and working independently
Strong researcher with the ability to find quality leads and relevant contacts
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
