Sales Coordinator

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Sales Coordinator to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and confirm sales calls via HubSpot and Sales Navigator

  • Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date, logging interactions and maintaining accurate records

  • Handle daily admin tasks including inbox management, task tracking, and file organization

  • Research job fairs, entry-level roles, and school lead contacts to support outreach

  • Build lead lists of local companies and key decision-makers (e.g., directors of talent acquisition)

  • Send and monitor LinkedIn/email outreach to drive engagement and booked meetings

  • Support lead generation strategy by identifying warm leads and coordinating touchpoints

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong admin and CRM management skills

  • Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools

  • Comfortable executing repeatable processes and working independently

  • Strong researcher with the ability to find quality leads and relevant contacts

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
