Salesforce Database & Research Assistant

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Salesforce Database & Research Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Maintain and update Salesforce (Rethink CRE), including sales comps, ownership details, and contact information.

  • Research properties using software, Secretary of State sites, GIS maps, and deeds to ensure accurate owner data.

  • Call researched phone numbers to verify decision makers and strengthen lead accuracy.

  • Monitor LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, brokerage websites, and Facebook groups to track sales comps and uncover new leads.

  • Provide daily updates on research findings and lead activity.

  • Support team organization through general admin tasks, including updating Monday boards.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRMs.

  • Strong research skills and familiarity with public records and online resources.

  • Comfort making verification calls and engaging with property decision makers.

  • Ability to track and synthesize insights from multiple digital platforms.

  • Detail orientation with consistent follow-through on updates and reporting.

  • A proactive, organized approach to balancing research, calling, and admin tasks.
