Salesforce Database and Property Research Assistant

PART-TIME

We are looking for an awesome Salesforce Database and Property Research Assistant to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Maintain and update the Salesforce property and contact database, ensuring records stay current by identifying recent sales, ownership changes, and relevant historical updates (up to ~3 years back when needed).

  • Track property sales and ownership changes through consistent research, logging verified updates into Salesforce using established internal processes.

  • Use property and people research tools (e.g., Reonomy, Whitepages, LandVision, Lexis Nexis) to verify buyer/owner details, contact information, and supporting data before making updates.

  • Monitor social media, brokerage sites, and industry sources (LinkedIn, broker announcements, “confidential closing” posts) to identify completed transactions and determine which specific property or park sold.

  • Collaborate with the team to clarify ambiguous sale information, asking smart questions and confirming property matches before finalizing database changes.

  • Apply critical thinking to cross-reference entities and ownership structures, correctly assigning owners and contacts (e.g., LLC vs. parent/management firm) to maintain accurate, reliable records.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Are highly detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency.

  • Enjoy research-driven work and can synthesize information from multiple sources to reach well-supported conclusions.

  • Think critically and double-check assumptions, especially when ownership structures or sale announcements are unclear.

  • Are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team to confirm findings.

  • Can follow defined processes while exercising good judgment when edge cases arise.

  • Take pride in maintaining clean, trustworthy CRM data that others rely on for decision-making.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Room for career development

  • Collaborative, supportive work environment where your contributions are valued

  • This is a part-time work opportunity.

  • You'll be asked to work during Central Standard Time (CST).
