Senior Graphic Designer
PART-TIME
We are looking for an awesome Senior Graphic Designer to support one of our rockstar clients!
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Create and design professional, print-ready magazine layouts that align with brand aesthetics and resonate with target audiences.
Develop high-quality graphics for both print and digital use including brochures, ads, and social media assets that enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring content accuracy, responsive design, and alignment with current marketing goals.
Manage marketing projects end-to-end — from ideation to execution — while keeping timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations on track.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, analyzing performance data and offering actionable insights to improve future campaign strategies.
Support business development by drafting strategic marketing proposals for client pitches or internal initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure cohesive design and branding across all touchpoints.
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all materials and platforms, upholding design standards and messaging guidelines.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, or creative project management.
Strong skills in print design, layout, and pre-press production, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital design tools.
Experience editing and managing WordPress websites, with an understanding of responsive design and user experience.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with compiling marketing performance data into clear, actionable reports.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working across teams to bring projects to life.
A passion for branding and consistency, ensuring all designs adhere to established brand guidelines.

This is a part-time work opportunity, 15 hours per week.
You'll be asked to work during Central Standard Time (CST).
