Senior Paid Media Strategist

FULL-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Senior Paid Media Strategist to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Translate strategic direction into actionable campaign tactics, ensuring campaigns are aligned with full-funnel marketing goals and broader client objectives.

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, leveraging cross-channel insights to improve customer journeys and ROI.

  • Conduct deep performance analysis and connect campaign results to business outcomes through clear, data-backed recommendations.

  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level analysts, supporting onboarding, knowledge sharing, and stepping into leadership roles during client escalations.

  • Conduct QA checks and ensure precision across campaign setup, tracking implementation, budgets, and reporting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to ensure consistent execution and delivery of strategic plans.

  • Participate in client calls and presentations, translating complex performance metrics into actionable business insights.

  • Drive process improvement and innovation, continuously exploring new ad tech, tools, platforms, and internal workflow enhancements.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes—sharing learnings and opportunities with the team to maintain a competitive edge.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools, attribution models, and cross-channel performance metrics.

  • A strategic mindset and analytical rigor, capable of connecting campaign data to client business goals.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems before they escalate.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience leading discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Comfort with tools like Asana, Slack, and reporting platforms for project and performance management.

  • A passion for learning, mentoring, and improving internal systems to drive efficiency and results.

  • (Preferred) Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and experience with niche or advanced ad platforms like TikTok, Reddit, or Criteo.
