IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts—delivering attention-grabbing, trend-aligned, and fast-paced content.)
Produce high-converting ad creatives by crafting performance-driven video ads that prioritize strong hooks, storytelling, and calls-to-action while adhering to brand guidelines.
Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, podcasts, or vlogs) into reels, highlights, and bite-sized clips for social distribution
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs and produce video content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand strategies.
Ensure brand consistency and quality control, delivering videos in correct formats and aspect ratios while maintaining visual identity and voice across platforms.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut) and familiar with editing techniques for short-form social content.Experienced in creating high-performing ad creatives, with a strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific engagement tactics.
Knowledgeable about social media trends and algorithms, able to adapt content for maximum visibility and performance.
Detail-oriented and consistent in delivering content that matches brand aesthetics and meets technical requirements.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to work closely with marketers and designers.
Proactive, creative, and data-driven—comfortable iterating based on performance insights and audience engagement.
