IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Managing calendar and inbox across coaching calls, prospect meetings, podcast recordings, internal meetings, and personal commitments
Keeping inbound communication organized by triaging emails, routing priorities, and actioning responses through existing systems
Owning podcast outreach and scheduling workflows, including guest coordination, forms, and tracking
Maintaining clean, up-to-date records across campaigns, clients, and operational workflows
Supporting lead filtering, LinkedIn response handling, nurture flow enrollment, and CRM hygiene
Preparing founder-facing call briefs and surfacing high-value follow-up opportunities
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Have experience in VA, operations, sales support, or similar founder-support roles
Are highly organized, dependable, and strong at managing moving priorities
Can work independently and keep things progressing without constant follow-up
Are comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily work
Have CRM and email automation experience and know how to keep records clean
Communicate clearly and professionally across teams, clients, and leads
