Virtual Assistant / Lead Operations Coordinator

PART-TIME


We are looking for an awesome Virtual Assistant / Lead Operations Coordinator to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Managing calendar and inbox across coaching calls, prospect meetings, podcast recordings, internal meetings, and personal commitments

  • Keeping inbound communication organized by triaging emails, routing priorities, and actioning responses through existing systems

  • Owning podcast outreach and scheduling workflows, including guest coordination, forms, and tracking

  • Maintaining clean, up-to-date records across campaigns, clients, and operational workflows

  • Supporting lead filtering, LinkedIn response handling, nurture flow enrollment, and CRM hygiene

  • Preparing founder-facing call briefs and surfacing high-value follow-up opportunities

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Have experience in VA, operations, sales support, or similar founder-support roles

  • Are highly organized, dependable, and strong at managing moving priorities

  • Can work independently and keep things progressing without constant follow-up

  • Are comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily work

  • Have CRM and email automation experience and know how to keep records clean

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across teams, clients, and leads
