Web Designer (Figma + WordPress)

PART-TIME

We are looking for an awesome Web Designer (Figma + WordPress) to support one of our rockstar clients!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Design clean, user-friendly, and brand-aligned web layouts in Figma based on project briefs and creative direction.
Build and maintain responsive WordPress websites, ensuring full functionality across devices and browsers.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure that design handoffs are clear, feasible, and accurately implemented.
Use tools like Pastel (if available) to review, leave, or respond to design feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
Consistently meet deadlines and deliver polished, production-ready work with minimal revisions.
Join kickoff or revision meetings as needed to align with client expectations and project goals from the start.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Proficient in Figma and experienced in creating intuitive, modern UI/UX designs for a range of website types.
Skilled in WordPress, with a solid understanding of responsive development, visual builders (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg), and performance optimization basics.
Collaborative and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate feedback into clear action.
Detail-focused, organized, and dependable—able to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
Open to using tools like Pastel for visual QA and willing to adapt to team feedback and workflow preferences.
Eager to contribute to a supportive, fast-paced team with a professional, positive attitude and strong ownership of tasks.
