IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Manage project timelines and client workspaces in Asana and Notion, ensuring all milestones are organized and up to date.
Lead client kickoff calls and maintain clear communication across Slack, email, and Google Workspace to align teams and clients.
Use Pastel to collect design feedback, collaborate with developers, and share visual updates with clients.
Track progress across projects, update task statuses, and proactively communicate when adjustments are needed.
Coordinate site launch readiness tasks, including Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, and domain setup.
Support process improvement initiatives by refining workflows and assisting with internal branding and marketing coordination.
