YouTube & Social Media Video Content Specialist

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Repurpose long-form video content (podcasts, trainings, YouTube videos) into daily short-form clips for Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Use tools like Opus Clip (or similar) to extract, edit, and polish engaging video snippets with captions, B-roll, and smooth transitions.
Design custom YouTube thumbnails that are on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized to increase click-through rates.
Write clear, compelling titles and descriptions for YouTube content to support discoverability and performance.
Upload, schedule, and manage content across platforms while maintaining a structured content calendar and meeting deadlines.
Track performance weekly (views, watch time, CTR) and deliver simple reports with insights and action steps to improve reach and engagement.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Have 2+ years of experience in video editing, content marketing, or social media management.
Understand what makes short-form video perform, especially on YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
Are comfortable repurposing content using tools like Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
Can write strong English titles, descriptions, and short performance summaries clearly and confidently.
Are organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Enjoy collaborating with leadership and aligning content output with bigger strategic goals.
